Hanex Tankstations B.V. bestaat uit 11 tankstations en 4 carwashbedrijven met in totaal 140 medewerkers. De organisatie is de afgelopen jaren ontzettend hard gegroeid. In de periode van groei is er vooral aandacht besteed aan de operationele werkzaamheden op de diverse locaties. Nu is het tijd om de focus te leggen op de interne organisatie en dan met name het personeel. Uiteindelijk wil Hanex “de leukste werkgever” zijn. We willen medewerkers helpen dat te doen waar ze goed in zijn en de mogelijkheid geven deze talenten optimaal te kunnen benutten en ambities waar te kunnen maken zowel intern als extern. Werken aan een perspectief. Een externe adviseur wordt ingeschakeld om een traject uit te voeren waardoor de medewerkers langer duurzaam inzetbaar blijven. (Dutch)
