Samen met de medewerkers willen we zorgdragen voor de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers voor nu en voor later, voor binnen en buiten de organisatie. Dit resultaat willen we behalen door het verbeteren van de weerbaarheid en de persoonlijke leiderschap. Vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds worden wij middels een subsidie in de gelegenheid gesteld een externe partij in te schakelen bij het bevorderen van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Onder ‘duurzame inzetbaarheid’ wordt verstaan het productief, gemotiveerd en gezond houden van medewerkers om hen in staat te stellen tot aan pensionering binnen of buiten de organisatie te blijven werken. Wij maken graag gebruik van deze mogelijkheid om onze medewerkers zichzelf te laten ontwikkelen zodat zij bij onze groeiende organisatie blijven passen. (Dutch)
