    Shimano Benelux B.V. (Nunspeet) is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd fietsen, visserij en roeien. In Nunspeet gaan we met 40 medewerkers een traject starten om hen langer en duurzaam actief te laten zijn voor het bedrijf. De opzet van het Shimano Vitality-programma is een weg naar een gezonde balans tussen werk en privéleven. Het start bij de mensen. Deze krijgen allemaal een PMO’s/health check. Tijdens de Shimano health check zullen de medewerkers een levensstijl en medische screening ondergaan. Ook wordt gestimuleerd om iets bijzonders voor elkaar te doen; ook wordt gekeken naar de privé situatie. Een ander aspect is het bevorderen van een leercultuur en dan focussen we hierin met name op leeraspecten gekoppeld aan een vitaler leven. De managers wordt geleerd deze cultuur te stimuleren. Iedere medewerker krijgt een rol als Shimano-ambassadeur en zalactief deelnemen aan de interne communicatie en ook ervaringen te delen met het professionele netwerk. Om iedereen goed te kunnen betrekken is een portal op hun intranet met Health and Wellbeing onderwerpen onderdeel van het programma. Vertegenwoordigers van medewerkers maken deel uit van alle werkgroepen binnen het programma.
