We want to create a basis for work integrating social enterprise in Övertorneå. This would enable opening up more opportunities for those in the target group who are interested into developing into entrepeneurs, in order to create their own jobs, and simultaneously the same business should also have opportunities for people even further from the labor market to develop employability through work training. Övertorneå municipality is prepared to offer the recycling store as a starting point. The participants will be able to develop the business based on their own knowledge and experience, as well as create a foundation to widen the area of business. This project will function as a greenhouse for the entire range of people who are long-term unemployed and various degrees of disabilities. Through this project, we want to infuse knowledge about social enterprising in those participants that are motivated to develop their entrepreneurship. We also want to take part of knowledge and experiences from work integrating social enterprises in other places, which can help us structure the project and simultaneously access methods and material, such as language workshops for those stuck in their SFI studies. This is a three year collaborative project. After the end of the project, some participants will be ready to run a work integrating social enterprise according to the developed model. | Property / summary: Tornedalen Folkhögskola, gemeente Övertorneå, en Arbetsförmedlingen willen nieuwe methoden ondersteunen die langdurig werklozen en/of gehandicapten in staat stellen werk te vinden. We willen een basis leggen voor de integratie van sociale ondernemingen in Övertorneå. Dit zou het mogelijk maken meer kansen te creëren voor degenen in de doelgroep die geïnteresseerd zijn in ontwikkeling tot Entrepeneurs, om hun eigen banen te creëren, en tegelijkertijd zou hetzelfde bedrijf ook mogelijkheden moeten hebben voor mensen die nog verder van de arbeidsmarkt verwijderd zijn om inzetbaarheid te ontwikkelen door middel van werkopleidingen. De gemeente Övertorneå is bereid de recyclagewinkel als uitgangspunt aan te bieden. De deelnemers zullen het bedrijf kunnen ontwikkelen op basis van hun eigen kennis en ervaring, en een basis kunnen creëren om het gebied van het bedrijfsleven te verbreden. Dit project zal fungeren als kas voor het hele scala van langdurig werklozen en verschillende niveaus van handicaps. Door middel van dit project willen we kennis over social Enterprising in de deelnemers die gemotiveerd zijn om hun ondernemerschap te ontwikkelen te intensifiëren. We willen ook deelnemen aan kennis en ervaringen van de integratie van sociale ondernemingen op andere plaatsen, die ons kunnen helpen het project te structureren en tegelijkertijd toegang te krijgen tot methoden en materiaal, zoals taalworkshops voor degenen die in hun SFI-studies zitten. Dit is een driejarig samenwerkingsproject. Ciò consentirebbe di aprire maggiori opportunità a coloro che, nel gruppo di destinatari, sono interessati a svilupparsi in Entrepeneurs, al fine di creare i propri posti di lavoro, e allo stesso tempo la stessa impresa dovrebbe avere anche la possibilità per le persone che provengono dal mercato del lavoro di sviluppare l'occupabilità attraverso la formazione sul lavoro. Il comune di Övertorneå è pronto a offrire il deposito di riciclaggio come punto di partenza. I partecipanti saranno in grado di sviluppare il business sulla base delle proprie conoscenze ed esperienze, oltre a creare una base per ampliare l'area di business. Questo progetto fungerà da serra per l'intera gamma di persone che sono disoccupati di lungo periodo e di vari gradi di disabilità. Attraverso questo progetto, vogliamo infondere conoscenza sull'Intraprendenza sociale in quei partecipanti che sono motivati a sviluppare la loro imprenditorialità. Vogliamo anche prendere parte alle conoscenze e alle esperienze del lavoro integrando le imprese sociali in altri luoghi, che possono aiutarci a strutturare il progetto e ad accedere contemporaneamente a metodi e materiali, come i workshop linguistici per coloro che sono rimasti bloccati nei loro studi SFI. Si tratta di un progetto collaborativo triennale. Dopo la fine del progetto, alcuni partecipanti saranno pronti a svolgere un lavoro che integra l'impresa sociale secondo il modello sviluppato. Los participantes podrán desarrollar el negocio a partir de sus propios conocimientos y experiencia, así como crear una base para ampliar el área de negocio. Este proyecto funcionará como un invernadero para toda la gama de personas que están desempleadas de larga duración y diversos grados de discapacidad. A través de este proyecto, queremos infundir conocimiento sobre el emprendimiento social en aquellos participantes que están motivados a desarrollar su emprendimiento. También queremos formar parte de los conocimientos y experiencias del trabajo integrando empresas sociales en otros lugares, lo que nos puede ayudar a estructurar el proyecto y, simultáneamente, acceder a métodos y materiales, como talleres de idiomas para aquellos que están atrapados en sus estudios de SFI. Este es un proyecto colaborativo de tres años.
