The housing corporations sector, already with 4,000 employees, will shrink even further in the coming years. This involves a broad contraction and in particular executive functions such as secretarial, facility service, administration and P&O. Mostly performed by those with lower education. The expected further contraction will mainly concern employees who need intensive, direct and ‘warm’ guidance to be successful (lower education, older age/long employment). This project focuses on additional initiatives in relation to the projects already in place, which provide the necessary intensive guidance. Initiatives focus, among others, on the further development of active regions with a focus on inter-sectoral and pilots focusing on learning and work experience places specifically for older and lower-educated people, workshops managers and OR, through the development of pre-mobility sports for inter-sectorial training, training HRM professionals.
