We want to increase the support of employees by involving them even more in the further design of vitality policies. Employees are given the opportunity to make their voice heard and to work with their own health with a lifestyle advisor. A number of employees become ambassadors for the program and receive advice on how to enthuse their colleagues for healthy and safe working. Our goal is to make healthy and safe behaviour more fun, easier and more accessible for our employees and our customers. (English)

    Innovatie een must voor de toekomst. Dit kan niet zonder vitale medewerkers in een veilige omgeving! Ook bij Karcher. De organisatie is in 2016 in gaan zetten op gezond en veilig werken. De uitdaging zijn fors- mensen worden ouder, langer doorwerken en er is een toenemende werkdruk. Hoe blijf de medewerkers maximaal uitdagen om gezond inzetbaar te zijn en te blijven? Veranderingen gaan heel snel, de robotisering en digitalisering gaan veel veranderingen brengen in de sector. Als wij daar niet op anticiperen hebben wij straks geen bestaansrecht meer. Proactief beleid op gezond en veilig werken is een must voor onze toekomst! Daarom gaan wij verder inzetten op vitaliteit om onze medewerkers vitaal, flexibel en veilig en het werk te houden. Wij willen het draagvlak bij medewerkers vergroten door ze nog meer te betrekken bij het verder inrichten van het vitaliteitsbeleid. Medewerkers krijgen de mogelijkheid hun stem te laten horen en om zelf aan de slag te gaan met hun gezondheid met een leefstijladviseur. Een aantal medewerkers wordt ambassadeur voor het programma en krijgen advies hoe hun collega’s ook te enthousiasmeren voor gezond en veilig werken. Ons doel is om gezond en veilig gedrag leuker, makkelijker en toegankelijker te maken voor onze medewerkers en onze klanten. (Dutch)
