Linde Gas Benelux has started in the past period with a project to investigate and identify the resources that can be used to achieve the sustainable employability of the employees in collaboration with representatives of the employees. In the past, Linde Gas has more frequent policy initiatives, the aim of which is to achieve an integrated approach where all stakeholders are involved and the initiative will lead to a concrete outcome. Linde Gas Benelux will develop a programme with a working group based on the results of a survey that will be rolled out in 2017. The following activities are planned: Step 1. The project group of Linde Gas Benelux draws up a programme in which employees and managers are supported to work on sustainable employability from their own responsibility. This is based on the results of the survey to ensure that the programme meets the expectations and needs of the staff. At this stage, the final and the activities and support to be deployed will be defined. The existing arrangements shall be identified and, on the basis of the results of the survey, the necessary additional measures and possibilities shall be identified and which existing measures may be used more appropriately. Linde Gas Benelux is in de afgelopen periode gestart met een project om in samenwerking met vertegenwoordigers van de medewerkers te onderzoeken en in kaart te brengen welke middelen ingezet kunnen worden om te komen tot duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Linde Gas heeft in het verleden vaker initiatieven ontplooid om tot een beleid te komen, met deze aanpak is het doel om tot een geintegreerde aanpak te komen waar alle stakeholders betrokken zijn en het initiatief tot een concreet resultaat zal leiden. Linde Gas Benelux gaat met een werkgroep op basis van de uitkomsten van een enquête een programma ontwikkelen dat in 2017 uitgerold gaat worden. De onderstaande activiteiten staan gepland: Stap 1. Opstellen programma inzetbaarheid De projectgroep van Linde Gas Benelux stelt een programma op waarin medewerkers en leidinggevenden worden ondersteund om vanuit hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te werken aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Basis hiervoor zijn de uitkomsten van de enquête om er voor te zorgen dat programma aansluit op de verwachtingen en behoeftes van de medewerkers In deze fase worden de definitieve en de in te zetten activiteiten en ondersteuning vastgesteld. De bestaande regelingen worden geïnventariseerd en aan de hand van de resultaten van de enquête wordt vastgesteld welke aanvullende maatregelen en mogelijkheden nodig zijn en welke bestaande maatregelen adequater ingezet kunnen worden.
