Of course, we have initiated a number of initiatives, pilots and activities to work on this. It is now important to create coherence for employees and managers so that they can work optimally on their employability through one effective and appealing programme. (English)

    BDUvakmedia B.V. ondersteunt professionals zowel on- als offline met informatie en diensten om hun vak en/of beroep optimaal te kunnen uitoefenen. Dit doen we door diverse vak- en publieksmedia in uiteenlopende marktsegmenten uit te geven. Met 20 medewerkers en rond de 100 freelancers werken wij hard aan onze ambitie een uitgever van toonaangevende merken binnen o.a. het beauty en wellness segment te zijn. De uitgeverswereld heeft te maken met grote veranderingen als gevolg van de opkomst van nieuwe media. Onze werknemers ervaren daardoor meer druk om op het bekende hoge niveau te blijven functioneren. De toegenomen werkdruk heeft de afgelopen tijd tot ongewenst verloop in ons personeelbestand en meer gezondheidsklachten bij onze medewerkers geleid. Het is daarom van groot belang dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden werken aan grotere vitaliteit en flexibiliteit om op een goede manier op veranderingen te kunnen anticiperen en ermee te kunnen omgaan. Wij hebben vanzelfsprekend een aantal initiatieven, pilots en activiteiten geïnitieerd om hieraan te werken. Het is nu zaak om samenhang te creëren voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden, zodat ze optimaal via één effectief en aansprekend programma aan hun inzetbaarheid kunnen werken. (Dutch)
