    Safety Group B.V.is gespecialiseerd in het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten en diensten op het gebied van (evenementen)verkeer, vervoer, logistiek, veiligheid en educatie. Om medewerkers te ondersteunen bij het duurzaam inzetbaar blijven én ziekteverzuim te voorkomen wil Safety Group zich richten op het bevorderen van de vitaliteit van haar ca. 600 medewerkers. Safety Group grijpt de ESF-subsidie duurzame inzetbaarheid aan om in 2017 de volgende activiteiten te organiseren: - Een visiesessie met een groep van ca. 30 personen die de organisatie representeren (staf, leidinggevenden, medewerkers en OR). In de sessie wordt de visie op vitaliteit bepaald en wordt gewerkt aan het creëren van een breed draagvlak voor het thema. Daarmee bouwt Safety Group aan een algemeen referentiekader rondom vitaliteit. - Een inzetbaarheidsonderzoek met de Monitor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (MoDI). Safety Group zal door een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt worden ondersteund bij de maatwerk meting met de MoDI. Dit bestaat uit; het gezamenlijk bepalen van de projectopzet, het opstellen van een communicatieplan, het versturen van uitnodigingen aan alle medewerkers, reminder na 2 weken, verzamelen van de onderzoeksgegevens, verwerken van de onderzoeksgegevens in een groepsrapportage met daarin te onderscheiden subgroepen én het opstellen van een organisatieadvies. Vervolgens zal er een terugkoppeling plaats vinden aan het management en alle teams van Safety Group. Hierin worden adviezen toegelicht en vervolgactiviteiten voorgesteld. Binnen de teams worden doelen gesteld om de inzetbaarheid te behouden of verbeteren. (Dutch)
