    Westeneng is een toekomstgericht accountants- en advieskantoor. Als organisatie willen we daarom verder investeren in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Om dit te bereiken is allereerst in 2016 een adviesproject uitgevoerd. In 2017 wordt onder de begeleiding van de externe adviseurs van AcademySuite gewerkt aan implementatie en borging op de lange termijn met als doel het gestructureerd vorm kunnen geven aan de ontwikkeling van al onze medewerkers (30). Dit project is noodzakelijk om tijdens alle veranderingen die Westeneng doormaakt zo veel mogelijk rekening te houden met de medewerkers en de verschillende stadia van hun leven en carrière. (Dutch)
