The employees of mixxed are seconded to clients and therefore have to deal with 2 parties to which they are actually accountable, namely the client and their employer. De medewerkers van Mixxed worden gedetacheerd bij opdrachtgevers en hebben hierdoor te maken met 2 partijen waar ze feitelijk verantwoording aan afleggen, namelijk de opdrachtgever en hun werkgever. Mixxed heeft geconstateerd dat zij te weinig focus hebben op de ontwikkeling van hun medewerkers. Desondanks vinden zij de duurzame inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers belangrijk aangezien de medewerkers hun kapitaal zijn. Mixxed verwacht hun medewerkers in de toekomst minder uitdagende en motiverende opdrachten aan te kunnen bieden doordat de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers achterblijft. Hierdoor wordt de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers negatief beïnvloedt. Om langdurig inzetbaar te blijven zullen medewerkers moeten zorgen dat zij zich blijven ontwikkelen en werken aan verbeteren van hun competenties. Mixxed wilt meer aandacht geven aan de individuele ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van hun medewerkers. Zij hebben een groot netwerk van opdrachtgevers waardoor zij wellicht ook hun medewerkers andere carrièremogelijkheden kunnen aanbieden. Bevordering van dit proces vraagt extra inspanningen en een andere aanpak van met name van de directie.
