Due to developments in relation to a higher retirement age, this is perceived as a major necessity. With financial support from the ESF, Ten Cate Protect can even better support its employees within the teams in the field of Sustainable Employability. For example, the ‘Coach Healthy Works’ and ‘Standing on Employability’ courses ensure that there is a positive focus on each other. Each other’s talents and qualities are used. It is important that results and future-oriented work is carried out. All these factors (from the team with its employees) ensure a good working atmosphere, a good working culture and good production. TenCate Protect is een grote producent op het gebied van bechermende materialen en kleding. Daar zijn gemotiveerde en inzetbare medewerkers nodig. Door o.a. de ontwikkelingen t.a.v. een hogere pensioenleeftijd wordt dit als grote noodzaak ervaren. Met financiele steun vanuit het ESF kan Ten Cate Protect haar medewerkers binnen de teams nog beter ondersteunen op het gebied van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid. Zo wordt er met de opleidingen 'Coach Gezond Werken' en 'Sturen op Inzetbaarheid' gezorgd dat er in positieve zin aandacht voor elkaar is. Er wordt uitgegaan van elkaars talenten en kwaliteiten. Signalen t.a.v. een dysbalans in belasting en belastbaarheid worden (h)erkend, men leert elkaar binnen deze thema's op een positieve manier te coachen. Belangrijk is dat er resultaat- en toekomstgericht gewerkt wordt. Al deze factoren zorgen (vanuit het team met zijn medewerkers) voor een goede werksfeer, een goede werkcultuur en een goede produktie. Er is voldoende aandacht en begeleiding voor de medewerker en hij/zij weet wat er van hem verwacht wordt! (Dutch)
