In 2017, Ekwadraat Advies B.V. moves to the new head office at the Energiecampus in Leeuwarden. From both management and employees, there is a strong need to work healthy and safe, stimulating a healthier lifestyle, reducing work stress and promoting a flexible working culture. In doing so, awareness, satisfaction in the wishes and commitment (bottum-up) of all employees are very important for the success of ‘Het Nieuwe Werken’. All employees and management are interviewed by Steengoed and Partners to gain insight into the work, wishes and needs. A co-creation team will then be put together to process the outcome of the interviews into an initial design of the physical working environment and working methodology. This draft is presented to the entire organisation. With inspiration from visiting reference projects and the feedback from the presentation, the final design of the physical work environment and working methodology is designed and eventually translated into a plan that is then implemented under the guidance of Steengoed and Partners.
