Zonnehuisgroep IJssel-Vecht wants to work proactively with the health and lifestyle of its employees due to an increasing heaviness of care and an increasing absenteeism. To this end, we would like to organise the following activities: • Vision session with a broad group (HR, management, staff, team coaches and employees), in which we want to define our health and lifestyle policy frameworks. • Baseline measurement with a health survey, with which we can see which lifestyle themes we will use and what the needs of employees, teams and organisation are. • Activities and interventions resulting from the vision, the policy plan and the baseline measurement. Zonnehuisgroep IJssel-Vecht wil, vanwege een toenemende zorgzwaarte en een stijgend ziekteverzuim, pro-actief aan de slag met de gezondheid en leefstijl van haar medewerkers. Daartoe willen wij de volgende activiteiten organiseren: • Visiesessie met een brede groep (HR, directie, staf, teamcoaches en medewerkers), waarin we onze kaders voor beleid gericht op gezondheid en leefstijl willen vaststellen. • Nulmeting met een gezondheidsonderzoek, waarmee we in beeld krijgen op welke leefstijlthema’s we zullen inzetten en wat behoeften van medewerkers, teams en organisatie zijn. • Activiteiten en interventies die voortvloeien uit de visie, het beleidsplan en de nulmeting. Voorlopig wordt uitgegaan van: o Een adviesgesprek voor medewerkers met een verminderde vitaliteit, gezondheidsrisico’s en/of een slechte leefstijl. o Teamsessies vitaliteit. o Groepscoaching of individuele coaching op de leefstijl.
