    Expro North Sea Ltd. wilt een Programma Duurzame inzetbaarheid op zetten dat past binnen het gezondheidsbeleid. Enerzijds moet het programma voldoen aan de wettelijke verplichting in het kader van een PMO (onderzoek gericht op de gezondheidsrisico’s gebaseerd op o.a. de RIenE) en anderzijds zal het voornamelijk gericht zijn op het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van medewerkers potentieel at risk. Met het specifiek inrichten van een Programma Duurzame Inzetbaarheid gericht op de offshore medewerkers kunnen de mogelijke (gezondheids)risico’s goed in kaart gebracht worden en zijn de uitkomsten ook goed te herleiden naar deze doelgroep. Hiermee creëert Expro North Sea Ltd. de mogelijkheid om beleidsmatig de vitaliteit en gezondheid van deze doelgroep te sturen met als uiteindelijke doel dat men productiever is en blijft. (Dutch)
