    Kinderopvang Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is actief in een markt waarin de concurrentie sterk is. Daarbij komt dat er ontwikkelingen zijn in de markt van Kinderopvang Zeeuws-Vlaanderen die zij proactief aan wil gaan om daaruit voordeel te halen. De organisatie ziet een kans in het ontwikkelen van de medewerkers. De kinderopvang nog meer vanuit de ouder als klant werken. Het gaat dan niet alleen om de afdeling klantcontact, maar ook om de rondleiders die in de teams voortrekker zijn in het verzorgen van wervende activiteiten. Daarom gaan wij in samenspraak met de afdeling klantcontact zoeken naar een nieuwe manier van werken.
