The aim of the project is to promote healthy and safe working, including a healthier lifestyle, reducing work stress and ergonomic improvements. Healthy employees work in a healthy company. Additional research on lifestyle/health: BMI, abdominal size, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes. On the basis of risks, it may also include: lung function, hearing, visus. Step 5. Interviews with company doctor based on results step 2 and 3. Employee is given insight into his own situation. In terms of lifestyle and health, as well as in the mental and career field. Step 6. Interventions: On the basis of the results of the first 5 steps, it will be examined which interventions can contribute to the achievement of the objective. These include: 1.Adjust ergonomic conditions, tools. 2. Lifestyle Coaching 3. Quitting smoking: offered via Alan Carr. 4. Commitment to corporate social work: in the case of social problems. 5. Career coaching: for those who are “not good” in their work. 6.Mental support: if psychological problems are involved. 7. Doel van het project is het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, waaronder een gezondere leefstijl, het terugdringen van werkstress en ergonomische verbeteringen. In een gezond bedrijf werken gezonde medewerkers. Synergy Health gaat haar medewerkers helpen te werken aan hun gezondheid. Hiernaast wil Synergy Health streven naar een veilige en ergonomisch verantwoorde werkomgeving. Stap 1. Betrekken van medewerkers bij de uitvoering van het beleid. Via de diverse interactieve werkoverleggen wordt voorlichting gegeven over duurzame inzetbaarheid en het belang hiervan. Tevens wordt de werknemer inzicht gegeven in het belang van het beleid voor hen. Sociale wetgeving verandert, langer doorwerken etc. De medewerkers wordt tevens de mogelijkheid geboden om input te leveren voor de uitvoering van de plannen. Stap 2. Uitvoeren ergonomisch onderzoek naar omstandigheden, hulpmiddelen etc. Stap 3. Vragenlijstonderzoek: onderwerpen: gezondheid, leefstijl, werkvermogen, bevlogenheid, productiviteit, risico's in het werk (werkdruk, fysieke belasting, beeldschermwerk). Stap 4. aanvullend onderzoek naar leefstijl / gezondheid: BMI, buikomvang, cholesterol, bloeddruk, diabetes. Op basis van risico’s eventueel ook: longfunctie, gehoor, visus. Stap 5. Gesprekken met bedrijfsarts op basis van uitkomsten stap 2 en 3. Medewerker wordt inzicht gegeven in eigen situatie. Zowel op gebied van lifestyle en gezondheid, als ook op mentale vlak en loopbaan. Stap 6. Interventies: Op basis van de resultaten van de eerste 5 stappen zal bekeken worden welke interventies een bijdrage kunnen leveren aan het behalen van de doelstelling. Te denken valt onder andere aan: 1.Aanpassen ergonomische omstandigheden, hulpmiddelen. 2. Leefstijlcoaching 3. Stoppen met roken: aangeboden via Alan Carr. 4. Inzet bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk: bij sociale problematiek. 5. Loopbaancoaching: voor hen die "niet lekker" in hun werk zitten. 6.Mentale ondersteuning: indien er psychische problematiek een rol speelt. 7. Ondersteuning bedrijfsarts: bij medische problematiek die belemmerend werkt op het goed uitvoeren van de functie. (Dutch)
