De eigenaresse van Timmerbedrijf P.Dekker mevr. S. Dekker ervaart dat de problematiek in het aansturen van de medewerkers steeds groter wordt. Om hier verandering in te brengen is ervoor gekozen in te zetten op een duurzamere inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers om zo de betrokkenheid te vergroten. Samen met de adviseur van Phylum zal worden onderzocht hoe de medewerkers meer autonoom kunnen gaan functioneren. Vervolgens zal de advieseur de medewerkers begeleiden bij het implementeren van het op te stellen plan. (Dutch)
