De organisatie flexibeler en lerend maken door het samenstellen van vijf zelfsturende teams met elk een eigen teamleider. De teamleiders worden begeleid in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe vaardigheden om hun nieuwe functie naar behoren uit te kunnen voeren. Het personeel binnen de teams wordt gestimuleerd nieuwe kennis op te doen om beter in hun eigen functie of op een andere plaats binnen het team te kunnen functioneren. (Dutch)
