Banketfabriek de Molen werkt continu aan een veilige en zo gezond mogelijke werkomgeving waarin medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar zijn. Op de werkvloer leven deze thema’s echter nog onvoldoende en komen er nog steeds onveilige situaties voor. Omdat risico’s vaak niet worden herkend, leidinggevenden nog onvoldoende het goede voorbeeld geven en medewerkers nauwelijks aanspreken op (on)veilig en (on)gezond werkgedrag wil Banketfabriek de Molen structureel extra aandacht gaan organiseren in 2017 voor veilig en gezond werken vanuit gedrag en cultuur. Samen met de adviseur van vhp maakt een team dat samengesteld is uit diverse geledingen binnen Banketfabriek de Molen een actieplan van aanpak ‘structureel aandacht voor veilig en gezond werken’ om te implementeren. Dit plan is gebaseerd op de heldere en gedragen visie die reeds aanwezig is. Gezamenlijk wordt een keuze gemaakt voor gerichte speerpunten en thema’s. Onderdeel van het plan van aanpak is om werkbijeenkomsten voor te bereiden en te organiseren voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers die inhoudelijk afhankelijk zijn van de gekozen thema's met als gemeenschappelijk doel elkaar gaan verstaan én begrijpen. De communicatie van leidinggevenden en medewerkers en tussen medewerkers onderling is dé sleutel tot succes. (Dutch)
