BRControls wil groeien en om dat te bereiken is het van belang de organisatie verder te professionaliseren zodat de juiste man op de juiste plek komt en dat BRControls doelgericht en een betrouwbare organisatie wordt die tot prestaties komt. BRControls heeft IJsselvliet gevraagd te helpen bij deze groeidoelstelling door de leiders te begeleiden en te coachen bij het ontwikkelen van de juiste vaardigheden. Door de reeds ingezette professionaliseringsslag is de organisatie de laatste jaren gegroeid in aantal mensen, taken en afstem- en beslismomenten. Het aansturen van de organisatie is daardoor complexer geworden waardoor andere vaardigheden van de leiders worden verwacht. (Dutch)
