Van Rhijn Bouw B.V. is een zelfstandige, middelgrote bouwonderneming. We hebben een vast personeelsbestand van circa 35 medewerkers. Van Rhijn Bouw B.V. is (hoofd)aannemer op het gebied van nieuwbouw, verbouw en onderhoudsprojecten.Vaak zijn ongevallen te wijten aan organisatorische aspecten en gedrag. Het niveau van veiligheid kan verder worden verhoogd door op dit gedrag te sturen. Mede door een bijdrage uit het Europees Sociaal Fonds willen wij invulling geven aan maatregelen om het veiligheidsbewustzijn en de veiligheidscultuur binnen Van Rhijn Bouw structureel te verbeteren. Daarnaast willen we het project direct gebruiken om een systeem op te zetten om te kunnen gaan sturen op competenties m.b.t. het handelen op gezondheid en veiligheidsgebied. (Dutch)
