Thanks to this research, in addition to technical aspects that affect the workforce, we gain more insight into our company culture and the behaviour of our employees and how these technical, cultural and behavioural aspects affect healthy and safe working within our company. By gaining more insight and insight into this as management, executives and employees, we get guidance on how we can influence our working conditions in a positive way through technology and culture and behavioural aspects. These insights give us the opportunity to develop a broad approach, which results in our working conditions being optimised and there will be fewer downfalls and our employees are working for longer, within their own work or, possibly, in a different function. Because our employees contribute to this research, we are convinced that the support for this research and the actions that we will formulate on the basis of this, can count on great support in our organisation. Wij krijgen dankzij dit onderzoek, naast technische aspecten die de arbeidsomstandigeden beïnvloeden, meer zicht op onze bedrijfscultuur en het gedrag van onze medewerkers en de manier waarop deze technische, cultuur- en gedragaspecten invloed hebben op het gezond en veilig werken binnen ons bedrijf. Door als directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers hier meer zicht op en inzicht in te krijgen, krijgen we handvaten hoe we onze arbeidsomstandigheden door middel van techniek en cultuur- en gedragsaspecten op een positieve manier kunnen beïnvloeden. Deze inzichten bieden ons de mogelijkheden een brede aanpak te ontwikkelen, die er toe leidt dat onze arbeidsomstandigheden geoptimaliseerd worden en er minder uitval zal zijn en onze werknemers langer vitaal werkzaam zijn, binnen hun eigen werk of eventueel in een andere functie. Doordat onze medewerkers een bijdrage aan dit onderzoek leveren, zijn wij er van overtuigd dat het draagvlak voor dit onderzoek en de acties die wij op basis hiervan zullen formuleren, op groot draagvlak in onze organisatie kunnen rekenen.
