Basisschool Laurentiushof verzorgt primair onderwijs en is gelegen in Vierlingsbeek. De leerkrachten zijn verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen ontwikkeling en dienen waar nodig gefaciliteerd te worden door de werkgever. Optimale benutting en ontwikkeling van kwaliteiten, competenties en talenten zijn zowel in het belang van de organisatie alsook van de medewerker. Geconstateerd is dat de rol van de huidige leerkracht mee moet veranderen met de uitdagingen waar de school voor staat en komt te staan. Deze veranderingen hebben een impact op de individuele leerkracht, het team en de directie. De belangrijkste motivatie om dit project met begeleiding van HR MAX uit te voeren is inzicht te krijgen in de drijfveren en de kernkwaliteiten van leerkrachten. Vervolgens kunnen leerkrachten gericht gaan werken aan hun duurzame inzetbaarheid. De uitkomsten op individueel en groepsniveau worden gebruikt om te bezien of en in welke vorm ondersteuning/coaching geboden moet worden. Uiteindelijk is het mogelijk om de ontwikkeling van kwaliteiten, competenties en talenten optimaal te benutten, zowel in het belang van de organisatie alsook van de leerkrachten. (Dutch)
