Lok installation technology will carry out a project with the objective of increasing the sustainable employability of the employees within service, but also the installers. The theme ‘Promoting healthy and safe working including reducing work stress and undesirable behaviour in the workplace’ will be discussed. The objective is to reduce workload and stress by achieving clarity in task assignments and job descriptions. Work is then underway to make clear and, where possible, standardise work processes that are now being carried out. This should give greater clarity and efficiency. This requires commitment and input from the employees of the internal service but also the installers. Sustained workload can lead to stress, lower job satisfaction and productivity, leading to increasing costs of replacement and absenteeism. In addition, this leads to failure costs, jeopardising the margin on the contracts. In short, the quality of service is at risk of being put under pressure. This will be avoided with this project. (Dutch)
