Incentro is een modern IT-bedrijf die verschillende diensten aanbieden als het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en beheren van websites, webshop en apps tot het automatiseren van marketingactiviteiten en reguleren van interne informatiestromen. Bij Incentro staat de mens centraal en daarom hebben zij het geluk van hun medewerkers hoog in het vaandel staan. Het grootste risico voor de organisatie is uitval van medewerkers. Het niet verliezen van menselijk kapitaal door bijvoorbeeld verzuim of verloop is daarom essentieel. Om van maximale en duurzame waarde te zijn voor de organisatie, is het cruciaal dat de medewerkers van Incentro vitaal blijven.
