    Pontis Engineering B.V. (hierna Pontis) is een ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf dat wereldwijd acteert in de snel groeiende industrie van Composiet Producten. Uit een eerder uitgevoerde organisatiescan is naar voren gekomen dat werknemers het fijn vinden om voor Pontis te werken maar dat communicatielijnen, aansturing, arbeidsvoorwaarden, ontwikkelmogelijkheden en coaching voor velen onvoldoende duidelijk is. Met name de werknemers die veel naar het buitenland reizen, missen het contact met het bedrijf, inzicht in hun arbeidsvoorwaarden en aansturing op hun ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Pontis wil graag haar huidige werknemers aan zich blijven binden en aantrekkelijk zijn voor nieuwe werknemers. Dit wil Pontis bereiken door werknemers meer gelegenheid te geven om vooruit te denken en ontwikkelmogelijkheden te bieden die bijdragen aan hun bredere employability en voldoening binnen de functie. Extern adviesbureau Personalberatung.nl ondersteunt en begeleidt Pontis in dit proces. Er wordt een gesprekscyclus met werknemers opgezet om (persoonlijke) ambities en groeimogelijkheden in kaart te brengen en te matchen aan de ambities van Pontis. Daarnaast worden groeipaden gedefinieerd in het personeelshandboek en wordt het concept van ‘Persoonlijk Ontwikkel Plan’ voor leidinggevende alsook werknemer verder vorm gegeven. (Dutch)
