Bakkerij Fledderus is een groeiende bakkerij. Er is momenteel te weinig aandacht voor personele zaken; er wordt onvoldoende met de medewerkers gecommuniceerd en de huidige leiderschapsstijl zou kunnen worden verbeterd. Dit werkt stress en onzekerheid in de hand bij de medewerkers waardoor het verloop ongewenst hoog is.
