    Inbox Storage (www.inboxstorage.eu) biedt opslagruimte aan particulieren en bedrijven. Vanwege gewijzigde klantvraag met toenemende behoefte aan ‘convenience’ (ontzorgen) heeft een strategiewijziging plaatsgevonden naar een web-based georiënteerde organisatie die (24/7 365 dagen) via een applicatie mensen helpt met opslagruimte door spullen te halen, bewaren en terug te brengen. Inbox is veranderd van een vastgoed- naar een e-commerce onderneming die denkt in traffic, conversie en content. Voor medewerkers heeft dit geleid tot een verandering in werkomgeving, van een fysieke omgeving naar een digitale, gekenmerkt door koop-op-afstand. Kantenservice gaat meer digitaal verwerken en problemen digitaal oplossen. Sales verandert naar een wereld waar wij de klant (thuis) opzoeken en adviseren. Het werken bij Inbox is daardoor veel meer tijd- en plaatsonafhankelijk geworden. Ter borging van de duurzame inzetbaarheid dienen medewerkers meegenomen te worden in de omslag in werken en denken zodat zij hun werk langer, beter en gezonder kunnen blijven uitvoeren.
