Step by step ‘That doesn’t mean that everyone suddenly has to do the triathlon. We're going to work step by step. With all the support we can offer, we are heading towards 2020!     Voor het project is in samenwerking met de marketing- en communicatie afdeling van Van der Heide onderstaande tekst samengesteld welke voor publicitaire doeleinden gebruikt zal worden om zo het project bij de medewerkers onder de aandacht te brengen. Werkgeluk Van der Heide zet in op werkgeluk. Tanja Lendzion, directeur bij Van der Heide: ‘Dit gaat niet over een ergonomische stoel, kantoor met daglicht of doorgroeimogelijkheden, maar over goed in je vel zitten. Over trots zijn op je werk én jezelf. Daarom investeren we volop in werkgeluk van onze medewerkers. Vitaliteit en gezondheid zijn daar onlosmakelijk mee verbonden. Een goede gezondheid zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers zowel fysiek als mentaal hun werkzaamheden kunnen blijven doen’. Piramide De keuze is volgens Lendzion tweeledig: ‘Onze werk – en leefomgeving verandert nog steeds in hoge snelheid. In de werkvelden waarin we actief zijn moeten we meebewegen met de klant én onze medewerkers. Minstens zo belangrijk is het binden én boeien van medewerkers. Ieder individu heeft zijn of haar eigen behoefte aan ondersteuning en met de piramide voor werkgeluk hebben we die nu goed in kaart’. Stap voor stap ‘Dat betekent niet dat iedereen ineens de triatlon moet doen hoor. We gaan stap voor stap aan de slag. Met alle ondersteunende middelen die we kunnen bieden gaan we op weg naar 2020!
