This is an approach that makes employees aware that starting early with the right interventions in the areas of sleep, nutrition and stress has a positive impact on their employability in the short and longer term. The Vitality Route ensures that employees become aware of having an influence on their employability by working early on the themes of sleep, nutrition and movement in relation to stress management. Woningcorporatie Rentree verhuurt circa 3800 woningen en zakelijke ruimtes in Deventer. Ons team van 38 gedreven medewerkers geeft met enthousiasme vorm aan het wonen in de stad. Binnen onze organisatie werken we samen op basis van eigen verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen en vinden we het belangrijk dat iedereen meedenkt in de continue verbetering en ontwikkeling. Rentree is een wendbare organisatie en beschouwt haar medewerkers als belangrijkste middel om haar doelen te bereiken. Zij investeert daarom in ontwikkeling en eigenaarschap bij haar medewerkers. Verantwoordelijkheden liggen laag in de organisatie. Zij krijgen de ruimte om hun talenten optimaal in te zetten. Om geformuleerde doelen te halen zijn medewerkers zelfsturend, altijd op zoek naar verbetering en ontwikkeling. Deze manier van werken vraagt medewerkers die duurzaam inzetbaar zijn. In dit kader is er eerder een project geweest waarin medewerkers hun talenten konden ontdekken en inzetten. De volgende stap is een project om met meer energie te werken. Centraal staat een gezonde leefstijl en vitaliteit. Rentree kiest er voor de door het Duurzaam Inzetbaarheid Centrum ontwikkelde Vitaliteitsroute te implementeren. Dit is een aanpak waardoor de medewerkers zich bewust worden dat vroegtijdig starten met de juiste interventies op het gebied van slapen, voeding en stress een positieve invloed hebben op hun inzetbaarheid op korte en langere termijn. De Vitaliteitsroute zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers zich er van bewust worden zelf invloed te hebben op hun inzetbaarheid door vroegtijdig aan de slag te gaan met de thema’s slaap, voeding en bewegen in relatie tot stressmanagement.
