De Boer Drachten heeft als doelstelling het vergroten van de duurzaamheid, opzetten van een leercultuur en een duidelijke structuur aanbrengen binnen de organisatie, met als resultaat een ontwikkelcultuur creëren en de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers vergroten. Het proces en traject dat vanuit ESF subsidie wordt ondersteund geeft De Boer Drachten de mogelijkheid om de verantwoordelijkheden en taken van de medewerkers en het management naar een hoger niveau en kwaliteit te brengen.
