    Stegeman C.V. is een oer-Hollands bedrijf welke is opgericht in 1885. Stegeman is een grote productieorganisatie in vleeswaren waar ruim 400 medewerkers werkzaam zijn. Bij Stegeman is er sprake van werkdruk en daaraan gerelateerde werkstress wat verzuim en uitval van medewerkers tot gevolg heeft. Binnen Stegeman is er dringend behoefte aan een cultuur waarbinnen gezond en veilig werken en educatieve zelfleerzaamheid vanzelf sprekend is. Met ondersteuning vanuit het Europees sociaal fonds gaat Stegeman samen met een externe adviseur uitvoering geven aan een project gericht op permanente educatie en en een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving. Stegeman beoogt met dit project een actieve leercultuur te verankeren in de organisatie waarin medewerkers gestimuleerd worden om te blijven leren, meer zelfvertrouwen krijgen in hun werk en bezig zijn met het verbeteren van hun employability.
