OCD wil met het project van "Hiërarchie naar Holocratie" de overstap maken van een aangestuurde naar een (deels) zelfgestuurde organisatie. In samenwerking met de externe adviseur, de medewerkers en het MT willen wij achtereenvolgens de meest haalbare Holocratische inrichtingsvorm in beeld brengen, deze implementeren en daarbij de kennis die nodig maar vooral ook de kennis die beschikbaar is, borgen in de organisatie door het invoeren van een kennisportaal, door en voor de medewerkers.
