    Employment Solutions, hierna ES, is opgericht in 2006 en is gespecialiseerd in de arbeidsbemiddeling van hoger opgeleide specialisten in de sectoren sociale zekerheid, re-integratie, verzuimmanagement, zorg en welzijn. De arbeidsmarkt en daarmee haar spelers is de afgelopen jaren snel en sterk in beweging geweest. Hier heeft ES onvoldoende aandacht voor gehad wat tot kennis-hiaten, werkdruk en een verslechterde employability van haar medewerkers heeft geleid. ES wil, met ondersteuning vanuit het Europees sociaal fonds, een academie opzetten voor haar medewerkers waarmee zij toegang krijgen tot de benodigde kennis en kunde van hun vakgebied maar ook tot niet bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden. Daarnaast wordt er in dit project persoonlijke aandacht gegeven aan de interne mobiliteit, ambities en talenten van de medewerkers. Hiermee wil ES bijdragen aan een bredere employability, medewerkers de mogelijkheid bieden om vooruit te denken en hen ontwikkelmogelijkheden aanbieden. Blijven boeien en laten groeien voor de toekomst! Met dit project beoogd ES tevens de werkdruk structureel te verminderen en de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers blijvend te verbeteren.
