Roto Smeets Weert wil in 2018-2019 een Periodiek Medisch Onderzoek (PMO) uitvoeren voor haar werknemers. Dit met als doel in te zetten op duurzame inzetbaarheid om de vitaliteit van de (ouder wordende) medewerkers te vergroten. Met als beoogd resultaat dat: • Fitheid van de werknemers inzichtelijk maken. • Leefstijl van de werknemers in kaart brengen. • Eventueel risicofactoren voor de gezondheid meten (bv. cholesterol). • De inzetbaarheid en het werkvermogen van de werknemers meten. • Het adviesgesprek moet resulteren in een persoonlijk doelformuleringsgesprek. • Op termijn verlaging van het ziekteverzuim. • Bij de deelnemende werknemers een blijvende verandering op het gebied van leefstijl, gezondheid en fitheid te bewerkstellingen. • Preventie van arbeidsgerelateerde aandoeningen.
