Naast het investeren in techniek investeren we ook in onze mensen. Om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te verbeteren. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds stelt ons (met financiële steun) in staat om een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsproject te lanceren. In dialoog met de medewerkers, management en directie wordt er een implementatieplan op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid opgesteld. Lynn Seraus ondersteunt ons bij het realiseren van het implementatieplan tot een duurzame koppeling van persoonlijke ambities met de zakelijke doelen van de organisatie, de directeur en het personeel.
