Leren leren in een lerende en stimulerende omgeving! Dat is de uitdaging die we aangaan. Hoe kunnen we met elkaar die cultuur vormgeven? We willen een nieuwe cultuur ontwikkelen en neerzetten. In het project krijgen de medewerkers en directie (dus samen) handvatten hun leeromgeving te realiseren. Samen met de medewerkers worden visiebijeenkomsten en andere activiteiten gepland. De medewerker staat daarin centraal. Samen met de medewerkers willen door middel van laagdrempelige activiteiten, dialoog, inloopmomenten een bewustwording op gang brengen waarin we de ambities van de medewerkers koppelen aan de organisatiecultuur.
