Exponentieel toenemende werkdruk, veel ziekteverzuim, ontevreden collega’s vanwege de werkdruk en klagende patiënten over de lange wachttijden benadrukten de noodzaak voor ‘Andersom Organiseren’. We merkten dat het inzetten van meer personeel het omgekeerde leek op te leveren; het deed niets af aan de hoge werkdruk en ook de wachttijden en patiënttevredenheid verbeterden niet. Door het anders inrichten van de processen in de praktijk, met de Andersom filosofie ‘de klantvraag staat centraal’ sluiten we veel meer aan bij de wensen van onze patiënten. Het beoogde resultaat: tevreden patiënten, tevreden medewerkers door logischer werkprocessen en ieders professionaliteit stimuleren en hen duurzaam inzetbaar maken. (Dutch)
