Zorggroep Ena (www.zorggroepena.nl) offers residential and care support. Changes in the care domain (client’s own direction and self-reliance) require support with a shift from ‘care for, to care that’. Zorggroep Ena notes that it is a challenge for the employees to come along with this and now wants to carry out a project to promote the sustainable employability of its employees. In the spirit of self-organisation and the use of appropriate skills and competences, they should organise the work from their own strength and, with more team responsibility, should be able to exert more influence on their own work execution. To remain sustainable now and in the future, Zorggroep Ena sees the solution in a working environment, in which employees can take more ownership for their own professional development. To facilitate this, Zorggroep Ena wants to enable employees to: — in a flexible working culture with greater responsibility and confidence to influence their tasks in the organisation — in a supportive learning culture to continuously develop and stimulate knowledge and skills in the long term — in the exploitation of knowledge, talents and competences, to direct the teams and employees because the route chosen should not be accompanied by experienced workload and stress. This would have a negative impact on employability. An external advisor who, together with our employees, carries out the following activities: — analysis to collect, assess and obtain advice from employees — guidance to staff in implementing the advice with team/dialogue/implementation sessions, 1-on-1 guidance in practice. Target group: healthcare professionals. (English)

Doelgroep: zorgprofessionals. (Dutch)
