    ZMC werkt aan een visie op inzet van medewerkers. Met deze visie als basis is de intentie dat ZMC invulling gaat geven aan het versterken van duurzame inzetbaarheid en medewerkersbetrokkenheid. Organisaties die effectief sturen op resultaten en daarbij inzetbare medewerkers gebruiken instrumenten ook om leidinggevenden te ondersteunen: een leidinggevende die in gesprek met een medewerker constateert dat er ontwikkelwensen of knelpunten zijn waarover een advies wordt gewenst. Daarmee helpt het de medewerker en de leidinggevende te sturen op de duurzame inzetbaarheid.
