Topics such as: “Understand disruptions in your work”, “rest in your head”, “set goals and do the right things”, “three steps to plan smartly”, “clear communication and delegation”, “how does your energy distribution work one day”, “how does stress work and how to use it smartly”, etc. -Final reporting that shows the result and further provides concrete recommendations to ensure sustainable employability.     Agrifirm is een Nederlandse cooperatieve onderneming die actief is in de veehouderij en landbouwsector. Onlangs heeft Agrifirm een transitietraject gestart met als doelstelling om in de volledige klantbehoefte te voorzien door middel van 360 graden customerview. Voor de klant betekent dit volledige ontzorging. Organisatorisch gezien heeft deze transitie een grote impact op het bedrijf en haar medewerkers. De werkdruk is aanzienlijk verhoogd. De druk komt niet ten goede aan de sfeer en de samenwerking. Op termijn zullen deze zaken de duurzame inzetbaarheid belemmeren. Agrifirm wil daarom graag investeren in de individuele medewerker en de onderlinge samenwerking d.m.v. een traject gericht op vitaliteit, samenwerking en persoonlijke werkorganisatie met als resultaat minder stress en meer werkplezier. De extern adviseur zal een advies uitbrengen en begeleiden bij de implementatie en hanteert daarbij de volgende uitgangspunten: -Individuele analyse gericht op werkdruk en vitaliteit. -Samen te voegen tot een organisatiescan en advies waaruit de interventies worden opgesteld. -Sterk individueel advies en ondersteuning (coaching) bíj de implementatie van de ontwikkel/verbeter punten. - Maatwerkworkshops afhankelijk van behoeftes vanuit de organisatiescan. Onderwerpen zoals: “Grip op verstoringen in je werk”, “rust in je hoofd”, “doelen stellen en de juiste dingen doen”, “drie stappen om slim te plannen”, “helder communiceren en delegeren”, “hoe werkt je energieverdeling op een dag”, “hoe werkt stress en op welke manier gebruik je het slim”, etc. -Eindrapportage waarmee het resultaat in beeld wordt gebracht en verder concrete aanbevelingen worden gegeven ten behoeve van de borging van de duurzame inzetbaarheid.
