NEETs aged 15 to 24 is the target group for Young to Work. The project aims to give these people the opportunity to make the choices that give them a chance to establish themselves on the labor market. By participating, these young adults will develop their skills through activities that strengthen the individual, increase the awareness of the different learning paths and labor and through practical internship get to experience a variety of work situations. This provides a basis on which to make wellgrounded and active choices towards an establishment on the labor market.The project is permeated by an approach that is non-judgmental and focused on creating solutions. The participants are selected in collaboration with the municipality, the Employment service and, in certain cases, the Social insurance. The program is consists of two major parts, 4-6 weeks of introduction followed by practical internship with ongoing monitoring. (English) | |||||||||||||||
