Bytový dům byl postaven v 70 letech 20. stol. Jeho konstrukce byly zhotoveny z tehdejší materiálové základny. Neodpovídají dnešním požadavkům na tepelně technické vlastnosti. Projekt zahrnuje výrazné zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností tvořících obálku budovy, tak aby byly naplněny cíle projektu. Obvodové stěny budou doplněny kontaktním tepelně izolačním systémem vč. suterénních stěn, budou vyměněna původní okna a bude zateplen strop nejvyššího podlaží. Budou vyměněny související prvky. The circumferential walls will be complemented by a contact thermal insulation system, including basement walls, will be replaced by the original window and the ceiling of the highest level is arranged.
