Obsahem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy občanské vybavenosti - bývalého hotelu Máj v Nových Hradech. Budova č.p. 295 stojí na pozemku parc. č. st. 470 v k.ú. Nové Hrady. Na základě zpracování energetického posudku, budou v rámci projektu provedena následující opatření: zateplení obálky budovy, výměna otvorových výplní, změna zdroje tepelné energie na vytápění - instalace centrálního kotle na ZP, rekonstrukce otopné soustavy. Projekt nebude realizován s využitím EPC. (Czech)

Based on the treatment of the energy report, the following measures will be implemented as part of the project: insulation of the envelope of the building, replacement of the selector filling, change of heat source for heating — installation of central boiler with a medical device, reconstruction of the heating system.
