Projekt řeší především zefektivnění veřejné správy prostřednictvím optimalizace procesů a postupů ve veřejné správě zejména posílení strategického řízení obce Zašová, zvýšení kvality fungování obce a snížení administrativní zátěže. Dále bude dosaženo profesionalizace pracovníků především prostřednictvím zvyšování jejich znalostí a dovedností. (Czech)
