Projekt nabízí 20 mladým lidem absolvovat pracovní stáž v Německu po dobu 10 týdnů, na kterou budou jazykově vybaveni v období přípravy na stáž. Stáž absolvují v německých firmách, také budou mít možnost poznat život v odlišné společnosti. Účast v projektu bude nabídnuta především dlouhodobě nezaměstnaným, kteří se za normálních okolností na stáž nedostanou. Intenzivní práce s účastníky povede k jejich osamostatnění, získání soběstačnosti a sebedůvěry a především uplatnění na trhu práce v ČR. (Czech)
