Zvýšení pracovních a sociálních kompetencí obyvatel žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách nebo lokalitách ohrožených sociálním vyloučením na území ORP Svitavy.V rámci systému prevence kriminality, zajištění bezpečnosti a pořádku zřizuje město Svitavy dvě pracovní pracovní pozice "domovníka preventisty". Jejich úkolem je dlouhodobé udržení pořádku, dobrých společenských vztahů a posílení odpovědnost nájemníků o péči svěřeného majetku. Projekt je řešen v územní působnosti MAS Svitava. (Czech)
