Projekt je zaměřen na rekonstrukci historicky hodnotného památkového objektu - chebského statku v Milíkově. Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce chebského statku v obci Milíkov čp. 18 a vybudování stálé muzejní expozice za účelem zvýšení výchovně vzdělávacího potenciálu objektu s přihlédnutím k jeho památkové hodnotě a podpoře turistického ruchu v dané lokalitě.
