    Projekt řeší zvýšení bezpečnosti dopravy v obci Hutisko - Solanec. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím výstavby bezbariérového chodníku podél silnice II. třídy (II/481), která je prioritní komunikací Zlínského kraje.
